Dear Parents of Rowers/Coxswains going to Philadelphia...

As was done in previous years, we are going to ask that each member of the team going to the Stotesbury Cup Regatta provide the food item and quantity listed beside their name as found in the attached spreadsheet.

There will be one drop off location this year and that will be at the Bennett's home in McLean. Please drop your non-perishable items off on Tuesday of next week (May 13th), and drop off the perishable items on Wednesday ONLY (May 14th) by 6:00 PM so that everything can be packed on Wednesday evening. There will be a large cooler available for you to place your items in and also a list for you to check off your name once the item is dropped off. There is no need to call before drop off unless you are unable to do it on either one of those days.

Please DO NOT send these items with your rowers/coxswains on the bus to give to Doug Bennett.

The Bennetts home is located at 8465 Clover Leaf Drive (703) 893-0711.

In addition, if anyone has coolers or large baskets to spare for that weekend, they too would be greatly appreciated. Please label so that each item gets returned to its owner.
