The Saxons had a fantastic turnout for their recent Ergathon competition with West Springfield.  Athletes competed in categories ranging from Novice to Varsity, with the goal of rowing as many meters as possible in 20 minutes.   The results demonstrate how their hard work during winter conditioning is really paying off.

Thanks to the coaches and parents who came out to support the event and cheer on the team.  A special thanks to Terry Grim and Gail Hunt for coordinating Langley’s volunteers for the event, Terry Wikberg for transporting the ergs, and to West Springfield team for hosting the event.
