Men's Team Captains

My Name is Ben Gordon I’m one of the Men’s team Captains. I have done Crew all 4 of my years at Langley. I am also a Coxswain and I have won two State Medals.

Hey guys my name is Aidan and I’m one of the men’s captains on the team this year. I’ve been a part of crew since my sophomore year, and I’ve loved every moment of it. My favorite memory of crew was probably Stotesbury last year when I got to stroke the junior 8. I hope you guys will join us this year and I know will have a great year!

My name is Emerson, I’m one of the men’s team captains for this year. I have been rowing for 4 years now and have been on the Langley team since my COVID-hindered freshman year. I love the sport of rowing, and my experiences on the water and competing as well as the many friends I have met are the biggest reasons why.

Women's Team Captains

My name is Sri Allam and this is my fourth year rowing with Langley Crew. My favorite crew memory was during Stotesbury 2023 when we surprised two of our teammates with cakes for their birthday!! This team is truly a family and I’ve met my closest friends through crew. I’m super excited for another year of rowing with Langley!

Hello! My name is Katherine Davis and I am one of the Women's Team captains this year. I joined Crew during my Freshman year as a way to connect with other students. The Langley Crew community has meant so much to me throughout my high school experience. Looking forward to working with all of you!

Hi I’m Adelina! I’ve been on the team since freshman year. My favorite memory is watching pitch perfect at nationals last year! Can’t wait to go back!! I’m so excited to meet all our new freshman!!

Hello! My name is Hannah Habib, and I am one of the women's team captains this season! I have been rowing for around seven years and love traveling and hanging out with my friends while working out. One of my favorite memories over the past few years was getting second place in states during my sophomore year and attending Nationals with some of my closest friends! Outside of crew, I love participating in various medical/dental programs and community service. This season is going to be amazing!

Hi my name is Santoshi and I am one of the women’s team captains for this season. I joined the Crew team my Freshman year to try out a new sport and make new friends. I love how this sport challenges us but also allows us to build a strong community and team!

My favorite memory of the sport is the Scholastic National Regatta’s where we got to race against teams all over the country. It was such a surreal experience. Also, our team bonding boat dinners are always memorable!

Hi I’m Lauren! I’ve been rowing since freshman year and on the 1V since sophomore year. I am so excited to compete in my last season of Langley Crew and to cheer on my girls as they grow into the strongest of athletes!

It seems like in the blink of an eye, freshmen around here go from not knowing what an erg is, to becoming actual superwomen-which is my favorite part about crew.

Hi! I am Vi, one of this season’s Captains. I joined in 10th grade as a rower and soon after transferred to coxing. I love rowing due to the community of other competitive and empowered young women— who will also be lifelong friends. My favorite moment was our boathouse group nap before state finals. I’m excited to train new coxswains this season alongside refining my own skills! Go Langley!!!
